Dear Webmaster I am a member and going to Captain a team, I attempted to open the membership list but since I use Micro Soft Works, it would d not support  the format the form is in, It is a problem that I have found with many sites that are now using software versions newer that mine. I am suggesting that some consideration be given to put forms etc in say a simple version of Microsoft  word for example, the some of us older systems can still access. Just a thought. Thank you,

Thank you for your comment, however the web program does not allow allot of flexibility when it come to different file types. Most of the pages are .pdf  type files. if you can't view,  for example the "Membership"  page. You can go to your internet browser and type in "pdf". This will take you to a site where you can download a free pdf reader. Thanks again for your comment, hope this helps.

I enjoy reading the minutes of the meetings. Please post the June and August minutes, otherwise it looks like something is going on that you do not want the general membership to know

Thank you for your comment, it is good to know that someone is using this function to read the minutes. We have had a problem with vacations, and key board members out of town. We will work harder to post the minutes in a more timely fashion, but rest assured that nothing secret is going on during the TLTA meetings. The general membership is invited to every meeting, which is ordinarily  the first Wednesday of every month at 9 am at Chota Rec. Center.  (October's meeting will be the second Wednesday (October 12th) because many of us on the Board will be at he Fall get-away in Etowah Valley the first week of October)." We plan to have the minutes posted the week of 9/12.

Does anyone else miss the practice wall that was evidently destroyed during conversion of Tellico Village Chota Court 4 to Pickleball? If interest exists, can TLTA help with a fund raising event to replace the lost wall? The needless loss of the practice wall still bothers me and has been detrimental to my game.

The TLTA is a non exclusive organization and cannot make expenditures for improvements/equipment at private clubs that cannot be used by the general public. This question should be directed to the TV Tennis Advisory committee. We appreciate all questions and comments reguarding the TLTA, as this kind of inquiry helps inform all of us on the functions of the TLTA within the community.

I am looking forward to the fall trip. I hope the board decides on the dates soon and lets the membership know. The sooner the publicity gets out, the more likely we are to have good participation.

On Tuesday 6/13 TLTA Board Members visited the Etowoah Valley area to gather information.  This information will be reviewed by the Board, and a date will be set. We are in complete agreement with your comment regarding getting this information out as soon as possible, and are working towards that end.

Thank you for your comment

I don't know who put this website together, but it looks GREAT! I am really impressed with the presentation and the activities of our organization.
